Tasers need two points of contact. I think he only got one barb in... in that case, as I can personally attest, no current flows and there's no incapacitation.

It all comes down to knowing your equipment, it's proper use, it's limitations, and always having a back-up plan or four. And training.

Ive been in knock-down drag-out fights where I only got one probe to connect, and it doesn't do a whole lot. Always have a backup plan, and a backup for that.
