This is why I want to become a CHP officer, to keep the citizens of California safe from dirtbags like this driver. So terrible when a innocent child dies beacause some lowlife scum slings drugs and thinks he can out-wit a police officer. I certainly hope they throw book at this driver.

I am curious if this dirt bag is a repeat offender. The court system in Ca releases these criminals on a regular basis. My heart goes out to the girls family.
