Highway death rates down

Although this is on a national level vs state, I think it is still interesting read. And definitely goes to show the hard work done by not only Chippies, but law enforcement nation wide does have positive results. NHTSA is saying the milage death rate is down to 1.15 in 2009 down from 1.25 in 2008.
