Transfers

Has anyone who is currently an Officer with this department heard the new scoop on the transfer. It is supposed to close on May 26th. I have my 220 in and hopefully will get my transfer but all these rumors flying around that they are not transfering for a while.

Books close May 26 and the last day to check your standings will be the wednesday prior, May 24 (atleast thats how it usually is). Transfer will take effect Nov 2, 2006. If you find the prior transfer list you will find the dates for opening and closing dates as well as when you can call to check your standings.

I understand, but has anyone heard if they were going to still do this transfer due to the lack of applicants and ability to fill this next class. thanks

Sounds like a CHP myth. As long as there is people going through the academy, there will be a volume transfer.
