Access restrictions

What is going on with the CHPForums? Three mornings in a row, I have not been able to access the site until later in the day. Is it the provider or have you been performing some work to the site?

The only outage I am aware of was last night from about 1800 until sometime this morning. Originally it was a bandwidth issue, then I don't know what it was. It was the provider and has been resolved.

...I do need to perform some upgrades, though.
