So, I received the letter that I was starting the BI process. I signed the Conditional Offer of Employment form and sent it back to the Valley Division office about 3 weeks ago. So, my question is, how long should it take before I should hear from my BI? Should I be worried that I haven't heard anything yet, or is this about normal? Thanks.
