I am starting a new thread for the new classes family and friends to introduce and chat about concerns and questions. Give a shout out if you have a cadet entering the May 29th class! Welcome.

Please just be careful. When I went through the academy, the academy staff was all over this and chp.net. They made our lives completely HELL because of some of the posts the future and current cadets and spouses were putting on here.

That's correct....It's my understanding as well new cadets are told to keep away from this site.

Okay,ease up a bit....I think the point chips2004 is trying to make is talking about a Cadet while he/she is enrolled the Academy is not advised.

posting a name is the least of your worries, haha. i wouldn't post any specifics at all about the academy while he's in it. feel free to ask questions and participate in general stuff, but i'd just steer clear on anything more until he's done.
