Anyone else on here going to be at the PAT next weekend at the Academy? I'll be the white guy with the short haircut....haha.
Good luck and remember, the tests are pass/fail -- don't get kill yourself during the tests.

See you there, uoplax. You should strap some skis to your back so we know who you are...

This will be my second go around because of the dq I had last round. The PAT is really the least of my problems at this point. The only people I saw fail at the last one were either physically unprepared or just not trying hard enough....or a combination of the two. I'll be the guy sweating like crazy because of the "heat"! It will be wierd running around without at least 6 or 7 foot snow walls on each side of me....

I'd say good luck tomorrow, but you won't need it, you're gonna nail the PAT (just try to get into a line closer to the front this time). Have fun and do great on the QAP.
As for the PAT, be ready to answer a lot of questions from you fellow participants once they find out you have done it before.

That's my plan. Believe it or not, my QAP went real well last time too....despite the dq! I know I probably sound way too cocky for someone who has already been dq'ed once, but it's not intended! This time around enough time has passed to make it go even better. Dipmo, were you at the last one also, or did I post something on here about being stuck in the back row a while back? It wasn't too bad waiting, of course if my name was at the begining of the alphabet I would have been out of there 2 or 3 hours earlier.... I did get to soak up a view of everything on the walls in the gym....definately intimidating enough to keep my brain occupied for the wait.

Yeah I was there (row 2). I got a 95 and I'm still waiting for my initial BI meeting so don't get worried if yours takes a little while to.

Wow, still waiting for the initial? Of course I'm bummed that it's looking more and more like I won't even have a shot at the academy until the fall, but at least that means there's more time to get in shape.
