I know you're anxious and, if I had the answer, I'd divulge it. I would imagine the State Personnel Board is a good place to start. At some point, your appeal would go through them anyway...

The psychological appeal is handled through SPB as Radar said, and I really don't have any experience with it.

Sorry to hear that. I have my Med and Pscyh coming up so hopefully I get though it. There seeems to be alot of people failing the Psych.
