My avatar should be a hint if you play halo. The games I play are halo and...well...only halo. I don't play much of anything else because I do not own any other games....Do you play halo?

okay, seriously... i SWEAR i'm not that much of a dork... just because i waste time on the internet (hey, i'm LEARNING, here!) and play "halo" and i'm a CHICK does NOT mean i'm lacking in the life department!!!

i played "halo" with my husband. we played two player and made it start to finish together. we had to hurry to wrap it up when the second one was coming out. babies don't afford much video game time! i haven't played any of the second one, but he has. he's waiting for me to spark some sort of interest in it, i think.

he did live for a free trial or maybe when a friend who had it came over? i think it was the latter... i seem to remember it was post-thanksgiving gluttony? anyway, i was SHOCKED at the language. yes, i'm a total prude, but you could tell some of the people playing were kids and i was just dumbfounded. some were even speaking to their parents that way! i'm a full-fledged adult and my mom will kick me out of her house if i say "crap" more than once! society... oy.

Thats pretty cool that your husband included you...I think I would get too frustrated with my wife playing campaign with me. Not that I am saying your a horrible player just because your a female, you may even beat me...but my wife...is a horrible player.(if my wife is reading this, I LOVE YOU HONEY!).. As for the little snot nosed brats and even adults that play, they can get very annoying. Also, IF you liked the first halo, you should love halo 2.

oh, i definitely suck at games... i am decent at "halo," though. he doesn't get serious about the games, though... he's been known to play for a lengthy amount of time and just shut it off if i need help, the kids need something, whatever. he'd rather spend the time doing something he enjoys WITH me, even if it means taking more time or getting blown up more frequently. :smile:

i personally think it's pretty cool that i'll actually play with him. ;) what a waste of time!

oh, he does, too! he's careful not to let stuff like that take away from us... but he's occasionally been caught playing when he's watching the kids while i nap. ;)

I have a Xbox but I don't play it much because I mostly play PC FPS games. I have Halo and I don't enjoy it much because it's not realistic. I'm a realistic buff so I play Rainbow Six all the time along with sports games :-)

Xbox rocks! Played on Live for a while but really tired of the trash-talkers. I swear the juvenile filth that you have to listen to during gameplay! I let my subscription lapse. I played with my 20 y/o on Live and it was okay. My twins don't dig the trash talk either.

No Xbox 360 yet. Waiting patiently for the bugs to be fixed. I bought an Xbox when they first came out and had to replace it after a couple of years because of 1st gen. firmware problems. Besides that, about a month after I paid $299 for one, the price dropped to $149. So for now, I'm satisfied with all of the Xbox games I have.

Oh yeh, and the internet sucks more of my time now adays.
