I really dont see the big deal about this caller...
As someone who answers 911 calls everyday, this caller just seems like one of the usual dirt bags that calls for emergency services, then talks disrespectfully to them when they dont like the questions being asked.
This is rude no doubt, but I dont see it being unusual in the slightest.

Well, lemme tell ya: To those who do not hear stuff like this everyday, it comes as surprising, perhaps irritating to the general public. Obviously, the guy is a lowlife, but for those of us that do not answer 911 calls on a daily basis, it is something new to listen to... and laugh... or roll our eyes.

Oh believe me... Even to those of us who answer these calls on a daily basis, it is irritating to say the least.. It can be fun though when you dont have a whole lot of other calls coming in at the same time, and you are already bored and looking for something to do. I have had some pretty funny phone calls in my day. One of the funniest was a guy (frequent flyer) who wanted to report someone who stole the meat out of his subway sandwich... I loved that one... Or (same guy) the car that goes 120MPH backwards up and down his street...

Vulgarity is the vocabulary of the inarticulate! Too bad he didn't hit his head a little harder!

 I love the "mmm-hmmms" at 1:15-1:20!!
Callers are very interesting at times! I dont' think I'd call them "dirtbags" on a public forum, as it's a little inappropriate and unprofessional; however I will say they have 'character'!
