CHP Car Seat Installation Event The California Highway Patrol (CHP) will be holding a car seat fitting station and installation event at the Petersen Automotive Museum located at 6060 Wilshire Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90034 on October 17th, 2009, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Bring your child, car seat and automobile to the event and one of our certified Child Passenger Safety (CPS) technicians will teach you how to install the car seat and make sure that your child is fitted into the car seat correctly. I will be there. I am instructing that class. Come on down. (You sure its not the 10th?)

Pretty sure they have the date wrong on their calendar....We are teaching the class at Southern Division TMC 10-6 thru 10-10 with the event on 10-10. I have taught classes there before that have had the event at Peterson...so I am guessing this is our class.......but the date is 10-10. I could be wrong but.........

Yup...looked at their site.....I think they are mistaken unless there is another event the following week....I will find out.....

The Petersen event is different than the practical for the class. The practical is in East Los. I will most likely be at both of them.
