I am getting the iPhone within the next couple of days. I am trying to decide which case to buy. I am leaning towards the otterbox defender, but am concerned with the bulk. Any thoughts?

Love this case. Rubber is a little thick, but that is perfect for when you might happen to drop it. Also the hard plastic screen protector is perfect for when it is in my shirt pocket at work

This one works great for me:

it really protects the phone, doesn't grip and stick inside a pocket like a rubber case, and it looks cool.

This is what's on my Iphone

I've dropped my phone numerous times and the case and phone have survived. Its also nice because the finish is velvety and wont slide around everywhere. Ifrogz makes other cases too.
I like the switch easy also. It protects the phone well and its comfortable.

This case by far is the best on the market. Its thin and rugged. I had one for my 1st iPhone for over 2 years. It protected the phone great.

I just got a 3GS and bought the new Seidio case for it. This is my recommendation. You will not be dissapointed.

I use the Ifrogz case that looks like tire tread. Good cushioning, not too thick, and it holds up very well.

That's almost identical to the case I use, and I highly recommend it also. Good protection and very easy access if you use a dock with your iPhone.

I have to wonder how many self-proclaimed "hackers" are right now trying very very hard to find a vulnerability they can exploit in all the iPhones on this planet.
I've tried to force myself to like the phone but I just.... can't. Of course this coming from a HTC Touch pro user lol.
Carry on.

I currently have the Griffin reveal on my phone. It shows off the iphone nicely, but i would not drop my phone in it.

Since the dang things are so expensive I suggest to add the $100 year service myphone.com if I am correct. It is on the apple website, but just in case you happen to lose your phone (or get it stolen like mines!:hitwall::evil:) The app can GPS pin point on a computer exactly where you phone is located. Good idea, wish I found out about it earlier! But I used the rubber black case, dropped it plenty of times and no harm done.
