So we have a bee issue here at work. I have been asking my boss if we could get rid of the bees for a few weeks now, only to be told that there is nothing to stop them from coming back. Today (right now) I'm told someone is coming at 8pm to smoke out the bees. This would be all great except they are Africanized bees and by smoking them I think we are going to be causing a swarm to fly around and sting everyone in site.
Maybe I'm wrong (hopefully) , maybe everything will be okay but I don't see this turning out well tonight given the nature of Africanized bees. Anyone know if this is a common method to remove them, from everything I read it normally works good on honey bee's.
edit: I think my boss knows what he is doing, it is just we don't have a plan for it the bees run wild.
