LE Agencies From Across The World

Does the CHP Academy train LE agencies from other countries that like to get special training?
Are there any joint ventures where foreign countries send in their delegates (Cadets or Officers) to study CHP training methodology?

I don't know what the practice is now but there was an Officer from American Somoa Police in my class back in 1986.

There have been foreign police cadets from time to time. There were Russian cadets in one class (3 I think). It's very rare. Not true of our inservice classes. There are three UK police officers who are DREs and two of them are DRE instructors. They flew over here in 04' just to teach a DRE class and maintain their certification.
