Google it....Seems somewhat scary. It was SB 1388.

The Right wing site you listed failed to mention that this was originally enacted during the first Bush administration in 1990.
You were just testing to see if anyone would really read through all that, huh?

I fully expected people to read the full text.....or was hoping they would.
Left or right matters not to me as I have no particular political affiliation.
That said...I tend towards a conservative viewpoint with a splash of libertarian thrown in. Anytime anyone says "living constitution" it gives me the willies....the Constitution has served this country well for over 200 years because it so rarely changes. I shudder to think what mayhem might occur if it changed on the whim of the government. :tape:
I love my country and served it in a time of war, but ....keep the government in my life to a minimum.:hitwall: I don't need a "politician" telling me how to live my life or spend my money.

Note the unconstitutional portions ....no freedom of assembly(#2), no going to church(#7), and if I read it correctly, no voting.....(#5 and 6)

Again...Right/Left...one covers up and one exaggerates.....there is hypocrisy on both sides....
Don't like politics....nope,nope,nope:rolleyes:.....Somehow I find myself being dragged kicking and screaming into them, saying----"Use common sense ya morons."

"Laws alone cannot preserve freedom of expression; in order that every man present his views without penalty there must be a spirit of tolerance in the entire population."
