Hi-
Was out as backup on a traffic stop today with a car registered in Nevada. Near the rear plate on was a yellow tag that looks like boat registration. The tag had the California state seal, the word "commuter" and a serial number. Speaking with the driver, he stated it was sort of a dual reg. for California/Nevada. Anyone heard of this or run across one of these? The driver did confirm it was not a HOV tag (and knowing that a large pickup truck doesnt get a HOV tag, and no HOV lanes anywhere near here=) ). Any info would be very helpful. I am going to keep looking but have not found anything yet. Thanks!
