I was not aware that the Orange County Sheriff is in Long Beach. I thought Los Angeles Sheriff covered Long Beach.

Started in Los Angeles County and ended in Orange County = Orange County Sheriff.

She's just lucky that while driving around and opposing the CHP officers that they didn't crash head-on into her... Considering she probably wasn't wearing a seatbelt...
