Pupdog, I didn't want to highjack the other thread. First of all, it's very hard to make you out in your avatar. So is your bike. The other day I cruised your website and you're a cute gal, no doubt about it. Also very intelligent judging by your posts. As for the bike, well I'm a mountain biker only. The gal I've been dating had me ride with her in a fund raiser and I had to go out and buy street tires for my hard tail. Do you have any idea how hard that was for me considering the price of bike rubber these days? Actually it was fun. Triathelon bikes are so cool and SOOOOO expensive. I was thinking about getting a Cyclocross bike for non-full suspension times but for now I'm financially grounded. And I'm giving my hard tail to my uncle. Gonna be a full suspension Summer; if that ever gets here for crying out loud.

Anyway, has anyone ever told you that you have a beautiful bicycle helmet?

By the way, I live in Border Collie country. I visit various farmers all day on patrol. Some have six or seven. I've never run across a NON-farmer who has as many as you. Really great dogs.

I'm confused. I was responding to Pupdog's comment in the other thread.

Wow, that site hasn't been updates in YEARS! The last thing put there is the photo of Fred & I running the Napa marathon, and that was 2 years ago.
The website also shows me having 3 border collies. Unfortunatly, I now have 2. Skona died last november. Actually, I found out about an hour after the avatar picture was taken. So now it's Flaka & Che (my ex-husband and his making a political statement with the dog's name. Tacky!).

And I was joking, actually. My bike is an old one that my coach scrounged up; cost me $200. It weighs a ton, but is otherwise wonderful. What I really love about it is that it's black & white like the car I dream of driving! The helmet was my boyfriend's, because he never uses it, so why spend the money for another?
