Uh....when you download pics or videos from your camera, you usually name the album or group so you can find them later. that particular day, the first group of pictures and videos was of a protest that was being held by some groups at the Sac county main jail. Something about an immigration hold being responsible for the death of a DUI suspect in custody.
The tire thing was in the same area

I wasn't. I was driving down the street when I saw them, and stopped for a few pics. Should be evident from the poor quality of the pictures that they were taken in haste.
Not that I'm too good to hang around parks, but it's usually pretty boring around there

I must have missed that issue. But that could be because I gravitate towards magazines with pictures of women. Call me old fashioned....

But think of what that would look like to people looking down from those tall buildings downtown; If you disguised the ropes a little bit it might look as though people were being chased by giant donuts.
