BMW r1150rt-p Battery

Does anyone know the steps required to remove/replace the battery in a 2002 BMW r1150rt-p? I'm having a hard time. Thanks for the help.

not sure how the -p differs, but the procedure for the regular r1150rt is: You only need to remove the LH side panel to remove the battery. With the side panel off, disconnect the rubber strap from the battery tray. Now pull the battery out an inch or so. This allows the ground lead to be detached. Once that is off, then slide the battery out to access the positive lead. The center panel almost never needs to be removed.
