I believe if you look at the notice inside the hiring forums section you will find your answer... :doh:

The search feature is still available (and extremely handy). If you have a question about the Hiring Process...odds are somebody else asked the same question before it was closed. Most questions have an answer somewhere in the mix by a Verified Chippy. If it doesn't...it was probably "too confidential" as you will find exists A LOT in the Chippy world, especially if it pertains to the academy life.

Remember...a lot of the Chippys on here went into this blinded before the forum was even thought of (no pun intended).

Be happy and appreciative of what is on here from previous cadets.
