I'm on my last year of High School. 3 years went by pretty fast, if you ask me. Does anyone here want to share your most memorable high school (once in a lifetime) moments/experiences/memory?

Prom night was the best! Class of 08!
And my senior year book quote:
"through out these four years, i have realized who i really am. Thanks to all who have supported me through this long adventure. Chp, here i come!"

Ah yearbook quotes. Mine was "If you can't imagine yourself being Peter Pan, you won't 'be' Peter Pan, so eat up." -Tinkerbell

Ah yearbook quotes.
Mine's going to be:
"Never explain yourself; your friends don't need it and your enemies won't believe it."
As for memories... so far, being on the Football team was one heck of an experience. Just being with a/the team was an unforgettable experience (long practices, winning/losing, bus rides to games, pregame warm-ups, mentally pushing each other, etc).
We'll see how Prom night goes.

High school was a blast, college was much better!
Still have a large amount of buds from high school, but most of us moved away from "home" and in general moved on.
The guys who stayed never left high school mentally, it's been 12 years and kinda sad.:hitwall::hitwall::hitwall::hitwall:
Best quote "Don't think of today as your last day of high school, it's the first day of the rest of your life".

I believe it was four touchdowns in a single game, but I am not a big TV watcher.

9th grade science class, we were studying our solar system. My teacher was talking about the 7th planet, Uranus, when I had a moment of 14-year old comedic genius.
Me (hand raised): "Miss XXXX, is your anus brown?"
Teacher: "Yes, Mike, Uranus is a brown planet."
Me: "Miss XXXX, is your anus a gaseous place?"
Teacher: "Yes, the planet Uranus has a gaseous atmosphere."
I thought it was downright funny, but she knew what I was doing and defused the situation my taking my inquiries seriously.

Similar discussion in my college astronomy class...I just about died laughing when the instructor started talking about the "Rings around Uranus"...

Was watching an episode of "Blue's Clues" recently with my 2 little kidlings, and 'Steve' was talking about the solar system. I was reading the newspaper when this interesting bit of information jingled out of the TV: "Do you know that Uranus spins on its side?" That certainly got me to put down the paper and pay more attention to what they were watching!!!
