I have had 4 turkeys stroll through my yard this spring, and that is in suburb of Bloomington. I thought that I would see more up at my 280 acer farm near Park Rapids Minnesota, but we have turkeys up there too.

When I first moved into my house in Folsom I saw a turkey in my back yard. I'd always heard turkeys can't fly, but I guess this turkey didn't know this as he flew right at my head. Wish I'd had my shotgun then (LOL)!
