This is the Learning Express "complete preparation guide".
I have completed the written exam and absorbed the remainder of the content in this book, so I am offering it up to any applicant who has yet to pass the written portion or would like to read about the rest of the process.
The two practice tests have been completed but obviously the questions and study materials would still be useful. There is also an online practice test coupon which I did not use.
