11-99 Foundation Question

Okay I need an answer on something maybe someone here can help me with. I have a little extra tax return money and I was thinking about contributing to the 11-99 Foundation. However I'd really like my donation to go into the fund for the families of fallen Officers vs. the Scholarship Fund. Does anyone know if I can request where I would like my donation to be used?

Not sure red but I think becoming a member may be a little pricy for me so I'm looking into making donations as paychecks permit. Thanks for the link.
