Menlo Park Police & Ripon Police Emergency Vehicle Show and Police Recruitment Fair

Hi all,

I wanted to invite anyone on this board to attend our 18th annual Emergency Vehicle Show and Law Enforcement Recruitment Fair. This is a car show that has all kinds of restored emergency vehicles, police, fire and ambulance. My restored 65 Dodge CHP car will be there along with many others. Last year we had over 100 vehicles attend. We also do a code 3 parade through town escorted by Ripon PD. Email and questions and we hope you can join us. Link to the website info is below.

I went to the show when I was living in the Central Valley and it is a very worthwhile show. Lots of beautiful restored police cars including some old CHP cars like a 69 Polara that made me drool.
Lot of new stuff and lots of nice folks to talk to.

Yes, last year was a tad wet. This year the show has been promised dry weather by the city of Ripon.

Last year may have been the first time it ever rained on this show, at least since I've been going. Real police cars LOVE rain!

The Ripon/Menlo Park PD Emergency Vehicle Show, the west coast installment of the three major U.S. emergency vehicle shows, came off mostly without a hitch this past Saturday in Ripon, CA. Heavy rains in the early morning gave way to mostly sunny skies and pleasant temps by noon and attendance was a respectable 100 restored and in-service vehicles, including a great CHP presence in both categories.
