Hello all,
I've got a room available in a 3 Bedroom house in Redondo Beach. Neighborhood is very quiet and most of the neighbors are aerospace/defense contractors. No riff-raff here.
House specifics
Two story house with big balconies on front and back side
Garage fits one car (or one car + motorcycle), driveway fits two
Internet connection - FIOS baby!! 20 MB/sec up and down
Huge plasma tv with FIOS HD channels
Washer/dryer in garage
Full kitchen
Roommate specifics
In September, I'll be the only one in the house because one roommate works from Canada/Germany most of the year while the other one will be moving to Ireland for a new job.
Room becomes available on Sept 1.
I'll pop up some pictures in the next few days if some people are interested.
Location and Travel times
Nearest major cross streets are Artesia and Sepulveda
Access to the 405 freeway from either Inglewood Blvd or Artesia/Hawthorne.
Travel time to West LA/Culver City office is 18 - 25 minutes - North on 405 or Sepulveda all the way (if 405 is FUBARED)
Travel time to South LA office is 15 minutes - Go east on Artesia until 405, then 405 south
