I watched the whole thing and found it very moving. A testament to Officer Bailey's character to have so many people present to celebrate his accomplishments and his life. I especially liked the call to increase enforcement of DUI, something that is clearly an issue.

does anyone know where I can maybie download some software to improve video viewing on dial-up? There's a lot of videos that come tothis website that interest me, including this one.

In honor of recently fallen CHP officers David Romero and Gregory Bailey, both killed by drunk drivers, we would like to remind you to taste responsibly. Thank you." EVERY CUSTOMER has thanked me for posting this!! To me, that's heartwarming. Californians are very upset about what's happening to their protectors.
