Funny License Plate Frame

I've been lurking for a few weeks reading with out posting, but the license frame plate I saw on a city cop's motorcycle this morning was about as good a reason as any to sign up. I was getting coffee at Starbucks and he pulled into the space next to mine and parked. On the way back to my car, I couldn't help but notice his license plate frame:
