i wanted to surprise my cadet with a card or letter.....does anyone have the current mailing address for the cadets of class ctc 111-08?

You can always just put his first and last name (eg. Cadet Joe Smith). I also used to always include his Company as well:

Cadet Joe Smith
CTC-III-08, Company C
etc...
