I just read a post on here where a guy had said his ex-girlfriend told the BI about the guy doing drugs. Soon after he got DQ'd. my question is, does the BI go strickly off what the "informant" told them? Do you get a chance to defend yourself? I mean how many people have ex's that have ill feelings towards them? I have one myself and would hate to get DQ'd because she is being a little child and making stuff up. I know that the other guys case is different I'm just asking because I'm sure alot of us worry about how the things people say will effect us continuing the process.

Seriously. Come on now. BI's are trained investigators. Do you really, honestly think that they're going to take anything and everything that's told to them at face value without checking it out?

As with any other type of investigation in law enforcement, statements/information are taken in, investigated, researched and compared with evidence before any weight is assigned to them.
