I was reading through all the threads and I read the academy dream sheets. Now what are these numbers for?

I was reading through all the threads and I read the academy dream sheets. Now what are these numbers for?The number of cadets assigned to that office upon completion of the academy. Note, that does not mean that office got all they needed, as some do drop out after being assigned, and the spot goes unfilled.

Reading across the numbers look like 3/5/2. That means 3 officers went to this location from class I-07, 5 from II-07, and 2 from III-07. Does this help?

I tried to make tabbed columns but it kept cramming them together so this was the best I could do. The % are what % of the class went to that division.
