What is the "Conditional Offer" anyways? I keep hearing about it and just curious what it is.

While we're on the topic, effective immediately, the COE will not be given until after backgrounds. So when the next round of applicants don't get their COE with a qualifying QAP score, don't panic.

Got Mine Also. I'm Going To Send In My PHS Tomorrow (Monday).

I got mine in the mail about the same time as you did just waiting on my first interview with my BI. I have heard they started on it cause some of my refrences have recieved letters.

I mailed the 5/20/08. I am hoping that going through a background about 6 months ago and passing will help with mine.
