I'm transferring to San Luis Obispo and want to rent my home to someone in the law enforcement community.
It's a two bed, two bath home located just off of SR-9 in Ben Lomond, in Santa Cruz County.
It's a twenty minute commute to the Santa Cruz Area Office, 30 minutes to the San Jose Area Office and less than an hour from Oakland, Hayward, Redwood City, Hollister Gilroy, and Monterey Areas.
It's a great place for two single officers to share the rent and save money. It has a fenced yard, attached garage, laundry room, and is located on a quite country road with law enforcement friendly neighbors.
