The headline in the article is wrong. The suspect was shot. No officer's were injured.

I noticed that when I first read it. The headline leaves you with the impression that the CHP Officer was shot, but when you read the story, the bad guy gets shot and the Officer is fine. (As fine as you can be after shooting someone)
(That being said, I will still stand by my previous post where I said it is a time to be "Happy" when the GOOD GUY is not shot and the bad guy is shot)
