Credit History Question

Hello Everyone,

First off I would like to say that this site has been incredibly helpful in the CHP hiring process. Although I do have one question that I can't seem to find the answer to. With the Credit History part of the PHS do I have to list the account numbers of past accounts in full? I got my credit report and they always list the last 4 digits as X's. I just want everything to be filled out exactly how CHP wants it.
