I dunno what the FAA is investigating, clearly a violation of 21461(a) caused the crash! ;)

And yet not the first time this has happened to Southwest. Six years ago we had the same thing happen here in LA.

Ok, it was obviously 22350...ice and snow on the runway, landed long, slow to brake, obviously unsafe speed for conditions...
