That was pretty funny. My question to you would be how would you handle it? My personal feelings are, well there are like 12 guys running around all trying to get away. I can chase one or watch 3 or 4, but what are the other 8 or so doing? Is the driver still in the car? Wait If I was running from the Cops and his attention was on something else I would take the Patrol car. So there is my decision, go back to the car call for some help and wait. I would rather wait for a Helicopter and some K-9 units and be sitting comfortably in my unit. Then be waiting for my Sgt, a Helicopter and K-9s thinking how am I gonna explain my car getting stolen.

The easiest thing to do is wait for a k-9 unit/Helicopter.
