Just a couple of questions about this. How long do we have to run? Do we do 50 push ups and 50 situps? I really want to know about the running though so I can prepare myself for it. If you want to add something else to it please do. thank you.

Search is your friend. (http://www.chpforums.com/forum/showthread.php?p=37553&highlight=physical) The easiest way is to click on search, enter a word or two of what you are looking for. If that gives you too many responses, you can click on Advanced and select just the hiring forum.

Yeah you have to do 50 pushups with a 10 lb weight on your back. Listen to Mom.

10lb weight huh? That seems generous. When I had my PAT that nice man from the Academy Staff stood on my back for my push-ups…..:biggrin:
