I would suggest if you are only ordering 1 shirt you throw in $5 for s/h. That way if who ever sends off the shirt for delivery they can get USPS priority mail flat rate envelopes for free & know what the cost would be for shipping since it is a flat rate. That way there is no real out of pocket expenses for packaging supplies or shipping charges for those in charge of sending the shirts. If you are going to order more then 1 shirt then throw in about $9 & then those in charge of shipping your order can use the flat rate priority mail box & not have to figure out the shipping cost cause again it is a flat rate amount. Those flat rate boxes can fit about 6 lg t-shirts or so if you roll the shirts not fold.
Cal911gal, I'm sure if you contact those in charge of shipping the shirts & let them know to contact USPS for those free Priority mail envelopes & boxes they will be generously supplied especially if told the reason the shipping supplies are needed. Not a bad deal right? I guess because I use to work for USPS & know what it would cost you at those other places I felt the need to share because $2 isn't going to cover the cost of s/h. Just trying to help so I hope I did. Oops 1 more thing w/ Priority mail flat rate envelopes or flat rate boxes you must say flat rate when requesting or they will send you some other priority boxes. They can be sent across the U.S. & it's territories.

Excellent suggestion Rayni! I know I included an extra $10 for two shirts shipping. I'll email Officer Davison with your suggestion. I'm sure she'll appreciate it

I'm thinking Tues. I'll talk to my local Postmaster/Supervisor about contacting the Ventura Post Office & surrounding offices to see if they can't put aside some boxes/envelopes for the T-shirts. Just let me know if it is something they would be interested in doing and I'll help any way I can. They will deliver the the supplies too so less of a hassle that way as well.

Ya know, I'm not really sure what they've got set up in the way of preparations for mailing and whatnot. I've just emailed Officer Davison a couple times....and posted the above info. If you want, email her at the link in the first post and see if you could be of assistance. I'm sure she'd appreciate whatever you can help with :)
