Sgt....I started on thread on this show awhile back. As a kid in the 60's I always loved watching Highway Patrol (60's were the first rerun years of the show) The guy who's voice you hear saying "whenever the laws of any state are broken" is Art Gilmore who was in a bunch of the Adam-12 shows and played Lt. Moore.

And they could run this 24/7 on the TVs in the Academy Rec Room so the troopers would get an idea what it is really like in the field......:doh:

My Grandma loved this show. I remember her making sure everything was okay before sitting down with a cup of coffee to watch it. She passed before I joined the Department...she would be proud!
