Being stupid is one thing. BUT when you KNOW you have a dash cam and KNOW your being recorded and you do it anyway right in front of the camera .................. A whole new level of stupid!:hitwall:

A little more behind this story. The LE agency involved has a policy that allows officers total discretion when arresting for DUI. They make it a practice to take DUI suspects home and file charges later. Since this made the news, the C.O.P. is rewriting the policy to comply with directives practiced in other jurisdictions. Hook and Book!!!
