I am new to this forum so if I do something wrong I apologize. I have tried searching but didn't find what I was looking for. I have passed my written exam but stepped out of the process because I wasn't ready yet and didn't want to waste everyone's time. I am ready to re-apply but I just found out that I am being sued for an accident from two years ago. It was my fault and they wouldn't settle with my insurance company. I was wondering if the open lawsuit concerning an at fault accident is something that would DQ me. I know this is the common question "will I get DQ'ed?" and I don't mean to push it but I am hoping this is something that would be an easy answer, if not then I will just re-apply and see what happens. thank you
