Since I'm the last guy in the world who will be able to figure out how to fix this I'll try to explain the visual. It's a still shot of a TV and on the screen is a local news anchor here in LA doing a story about a rape suspect police are looking for. You also see a projected police sketch of the suspect over the news anchors shoulder as he is telling the story. The thing is,the skecth of the suspect looks exactly like the anchor.
