I know a number of city police departments have Reserve Officers but what about the CHP?

I asked a recruiter once at my university and he said "no", but they do have an awsome explorer program that unfortunately I am a little too old for. Check this link if you qualify for it.

However I have alot of respect for those of you who choose LE as a profession.

We do have an active senior volunteer program that you should check out in a few years. ;) I enjoy working special projects with the senior volunteers. They are always upbeat and really enjoy helping out.
