Is there anyone on here that had there QAP for Vally Div. during the week of 8/13, and if so have you heard back yet? The anticipation is killing me!!!

I talked to the recruiter at the state fair and she informed me that letters were going to be sent out Wednesday 9-5-07. Good luck!

My QAP was also the week of 8/13 and I received the results in the mail today.

You should have received your QAP results by now. If you did not receive it, contact your Valley Division Recruiter at (916) 464-2090.

For those of you who received your notice with "bad news" (DQ), don't get discouraged! Re-apply, re-apply, re-apply! It's not uncommon for applicants to go through the testing cycle 3-4 times before making it to the Academy.

Our last testing cycle for 2007 is upon us. The application deadline is September 13, 2007, with the PAT scheduled for October 20th. You can hand deliver you application to Headquaters to ensure that your application is processed in time. Contact your recruiter for the physical address.

The 2008 testing schedule will be posted on the CHP website soon!

Two letters, i got my QAP results on that Friday and conditional letter today.

Attend a seminar. That's where you'll get the best tips.

Do a search. There is so much helpful info on here you would be amazed if you look around. Almost any question you have can be answered with the search.
