I know what to say.....Why try to overpower someone like that and wrestle him to the ground. Use your training. A few well placed strikes to the groin, inner thigh, ankle or toes will do wonders to incapicitate an idiot long enough that you can get the upper hand. Too many officers get injured trying to do what this sergeant was attempting. Too easy to be overpowered yourself and lose a weapon. KICK, HIT, ELBOW, STOMP. Do NOT wrestle.

Okay, I'm a little amused right now. I was watching Spike TV's Most Amazing Videos, and muted the TV to give my undivided attention to the clip posted above. When finished, I re-directed my attention to the television, only to watch the exact same clip again. :think:
