The overall results of a written test are already positively known in less than a week?

They are.
It doesn't seem too impossible if people have the results via mail around 10 days afterwards.

Maybe its just a fluke

Turns out my letter was in the mail box when I checked it at lunch time. Now I can schedule my ride along and my mock QAP.
