Finding a Psychologist for appeal in SoCal

Can anybody recommend a psychologist that specializes in law enforcement applicant evaluations?..I'm in Riverside County, Ca and I'm having a hard time finding a psychologist that will conduct my appeal for the position of Cadet, CHP. Any help in the matter would be appreciated.

I live in Oceanside, Ca but this guy is good, not only has he done law enforcement pre-employment positions before but he has worked with people for the government and has a contract with Camp Pendelton for the Marines.
